The small, waterproof device easily secures beneath a swim cap and transmits an audible tempo beep. Adjustable tempo offers the ability to identify and maintain an ideal pace. Now with the option to replace the battery, the Tempo Trainer Pro will last multiple lifetimes. FINIS Tempo Trainer Pro helps you hit your target stroke rate. It makes an audible beep to keep you on target, with three different training modes to offer ultimate customisation. Customise the speed to increase your stroke rate for a faster lap time. To calculate stroke rate, count the strokes you take with both arms in a lap. The fewer strokes, the longer your stroke distance or DPS.

The Tempo Trainer Pro includes a clip for dryland exercise.
