POSTAGE COSTS & DELIVERY TIMES

Orders over AU$250 are eligible for free shipping¹ - you'll be given this option at checkout if your order is AU$250 or more. Free shipping cannot be used in conjunction with any other offer, including product discounts and during sale periods.

Our postage costs are as follows:

  • Australia Standard shipping AU$10.00 
  • Australia Express shipping AU$14.00
  • New Zealand International Pack & Track shipping AU$12.00
  • New Zealand DHL International Express shipping AU$22.00 or AU$15 for orders over AU$250
  • Oceania International Pack & Track Shipping AU$14.00
  • Oceania DHL International Express shipping AU$30.00 or AU$20.00 for orders over AU$250
  • Rest of World (select countries outside Oceania) standard shipping from AU$20.00 ¹not eligible for any free shipping offers

Please note that the delivery charge does not include any applicable importation charges, taxes, and duties by customs in the country where the order is to be delivered.

During sale periods, no free shipping options are available (including free shipping discount codes).

We try our best to get you your suits dispatched right away. All orders placed before 10am are generally processed and dispatched that afternoon. Please allow an additional 1-2 business days for orders to be processed during sale periods.

We are closed on weekends and Public Holidays. Orders placed on Friday, Public Holidays or the weekend will ship out the following business day.

We post with Aramex, Australia Post, or DHL, and use their guidelines for delivery times:

  • Standard Shipping within Australia: 2-8 business days
  • Express Shipping within Australia: 1-4 business days
  • International Pack & Track: 5-15 business days
  • DHL International Express: 2-5 business days
  • Rest of World: starts at 20 business days

Orders collected from our warehouse by AusPost with international shipping will be delivered by relevant shipping partners within that region (for example, NZ Post in NZ, and SingPost in Singapore).

* If we were in charge of the post, we would opt for a super long distance and deadly accurate bathers cannon, and blast them to you with lightning fast speed so you could wear them straight away. *
** Unfortunately we can't take responsibility for our delivery partner's speediness within the above estimates and can only follow up orders that have exceeded the guidelines provided above. **

**** Over 90% of late parcels arrive within 3 business days of their due date. Your patience is very much appreciated! Please track your order using the link provided in your shipping confirmation email before getting in touch with us (as we'll only be able to give you the exact same tracking info). ****
***** Once your parcel leaves our warehouse, it becomes the responsibility of Australia Post and their delivery partners. In the unfortunate circumstance of a non-delivery (including issues with Safe Drop), an investigation will need to be launched BY THE CUSTOMER directly with the courier. *****
