How will swimming with the FINIS Posture Train help me?

The Posture Train promotes correct head and spine alignment, which is key to an efficient swim stroke. Improves body alignment, decreasing drag and increasing kick propulsion.  Can be worn with or without goggles, one size fits all.  Provides instant feedback to swimmers if their head position is incorrect.  Virtually undetectable until swimmer exceeds ideal head position.  Assists with technique for freestyle, backstroke, breaststroke, and butterfly

Here's how the FINIS Posture Train will help you simply swim better:

Although it doesn't look like a swimming aid, the FINIS Posture Train is designed to aid head and spine alignment, which is key to an efficient swim stroke. You put it on in the same way as you would a pair of goggles, but the plastic ˜spike™ lies against the back of the head and neck. 

If your head remains in a neutral position then the Posture Train will be undetectable, but when you exceed the recommended posture range the spine (don™t worry, it isn™t sharp!) will dig into your neck to remind you to realign your head. With your head in the proper position the rest of your body should also come into alignment, raising the hips, and making you more streamlined. 

For swimmers who need to work on head position, the little reminder the Posture Train provides is really helpful.

The Posture Train's versatility allows for use in all four swim strokes and fits comfortably with or without goggles.
